DTR RANKINGS #2 (Girls 94/U14)


The monthly DTR is based upon the 4 factors:

1.  BC's rankings ( a mathamatical approach)

2.  Recent games played (including some friendly games that BC don't even hear about)

3.  Coachs/CP's input in PM's to Dragon on a weekly basis.

4.  Actual, physical presense at several games that involve this age group.


With out further ado-






DRAGON'S TIER RANKINGS #2, JULY 08:


TIER 1-


CROSSFIRE PORTER

*Won CF Challenge.
*Regardless of guest players, always make the right choices
*Proved once again, this is the only team that can beat Crush on a consistant basis


FC CRUSH

*On the Verge of slipping due to back to back loses to Wa teams
*Still stronger then 99% of teams on any given day
*Even with injuries and no coach, still held CF to 1 goal




TIER 2-


REIGN PURPLE

*Dormant this week
*Not enough evidence to move up or down
*3 gals GP with CF and had a good showing


NORTHWEST NATIONAL RED

*Dormant also this weekend.
*Did nothing to hurt or help the team
*No reason to move up or down


COLUMBIA TIMBERS RED

*Dormant as well
*No reason to move up or down
*Need to step it up in big games



TIER 3-


EASTSIDE RED

*2 ties in CF Challenge move them down this time
*Only beat Synergy by 1
*Tied Crossfire "B" team again!  Needs to overcome this "Jinx" team


EVERGREEN GREEN

*Dormant this week
*Needs to step up in local tournaments and league
*Will never be respected until they beat "one of the big guns"


GRFC BLUE

*Almost made it to wildcard in CF Challenge
*Showing great progress with new coach
*Needs to start putting more balls in the net to stay in DTR


CHIKA LOBO'S

*First time in DTR due to CF Challenge results
*Only team to knock off the Tier 1 teams in last 10 months
*Needs to "dominate" lower level teams (ie Mustang "C") in order to move up a Tier


CROSSFIRE MEGSON

*Former Batgirls on a roll with Tie over EFC
*Undefeated but still no respect at the Boise Regionals
*Proven last 2 weeks they belong in DTR! (now just need a new nickname)



Theres DTR #2!!!  If you don't like it...tuff :lol:   If you like it, rock on ;)


****Teams fallen from DTR this ranking cycle:

WPFC Black-

*Lack of activity and great showing by CF "B", and Chika's knock them out of DTR for now


Nemesis-

*Only lack of activity knocks them out, along with OutStanding showing by teams at CF Challenge knock them out for now



(as you may have just now caught on, Dragon is trying to keep the DTR at 10 teams....this may change as I see fit in the future) ;)

How did crossfire beat them I,d bet it was a thru ball and crush was playing a bit flat in the back !LOL FLAT BACK 4

And I also think its time Gary grows up and sets a better example! You can,t keep getting tossed and have it be the refs fault every time sorry!

This team is by far the best the girls play great there must have been 22.5 shots to crossfires 5 It may be time for gary to find some help to get him to the next leval the girls are waiting!

It was a mistake in the back field, but that happens, they are only 13, our keeper is coming back off a 4 month illness.  This was a up tune up tournament for her.  But if 3 players on the goal line + the keeper, it would be a little hard to bury one, nothing wrong with that.  Crossfire is a great team and Crush always appreciates the opportunity to compete in a fair match.=]

keeps getting tossed?  you got me on that one, or like my dd would say, you got it twisted.  Do you know why he was tossed? As far as I know it was due to one of his players suffering a concussion and the refs mistreatment of the incident.  It seems as if the ref made up something after the game, and the ref stated on several occassions during and after the game "I don't care".  
Maybe you should just talk what you know and stick to Neil Megson.  Afterall, it was only the CF Challenge. Duff, were you there? I don't typically look down. ;)

I don't want to get to much into this but your account of things with the player suffering the concussion is the first I have read of that being the reason GO was thrown out. Every other recap had him arguing a call. I'm not saying who was right or wrong but there are two completely different stories, so I can see why duffer would say what he did. Hate to say it but reputations do come up in these sorts of incidents.

Poor breakaway has drank way to much coolaid!
Buy every one sees what they want and every one has exscusses
Breakway Just sees diffrent and has more!

The girls that play on that team are some of the best in the states  The goalies played great If shes rusty I,d take rust every time! theres no blaim for a single girl But as much as that guy Yells it would be hard to ever blame a kid


When Gary got the red card did the concussion go away?

J/K D.  The girls haven't played an elimination game since the SnoHo.  You said in your 1st DTR the EFC girls always did well in summer, but have had a hard time come cup time.

Maybe this year a so-so summer and a kick-butt Cup run!  :D  :D

Could that have been the call he was arguing maybe? As a ref, you can have all the animosity in the world towards the coach and the parents, but don't take that out on the players.  I would ARGUE that all day and would never give a damn about my reptutation.  But, I would begine to worry about the refs.

Not making any excuses. I thought you asked because you wanted to know.
It was a great game and never did I say it was the goalies fault.  We are glad to have her back and glad to have her healthy.
Did the concussion go away?  I don't under stand the question.  Are you trying to make a funny?

Hey... just noticed sumthin'.  Mighty D drops my beloved girls down a notch 'cause of two ties, but no losses.  Another loses two but no drop... wut up wit dat?  Good enough whining for you?
