I would think Xfire does better record-wise.  After seeing Slammers and Surf White (A team) last week-end, I would favor them over both Slammers and Blue.  Blast should be tough.

Crush faces a tougher bracket, IMO.  Blues and D'feeters look to be pretty tough.  They should probably take care of Arsenal.

good stuff swirlies!  known long enough to never pick your team 2nd for anything  

to preface my thinking below, lemme ask...can you imagine the determintation of breakaway players to get over the socal blues roadblock?  wow, now that's a rivalry......for them at least.  All close games over the past couple, pks and 1 goal diff's.......maybe a 2 or 3 goal if I recall the breakaways schedule posts.

for me, I'd love to see xfire and crush continue to build this type of consistent high profile rivalry here on washington soil. Both have their moments against eachother, I'm not clear who has the edge of late in terms of wins at certain events.  But Xfire has the crown and Gumdrops know how to get it back.  A focused Crush is a seriously dangerous Crush.  Give them a goal to strive for........well, get out of the way or be consumed !

 Crush / Cross could go down as one of the greatest for the next 5 years!
Iron sharpening Iron, to borrow a phrase, can only make for better soccer and players.  And all our kids will benefit from that, eventually!
