thanks to all who have and have given some info.  I suppose the real question is becoming why doesn't the pdl use more user friendly software and actually keep the results available.  Too bad it's the way it is.  Quite a few of the clubs, wpfc, nwn, xfire to name but 3 have beautiful software that'll do the job.  PDL site seems to be done on the cheap.  Just my thoughts.

It will be at least a 10 game season and there will be relagation/promotion after fall season. My guess its going to be an interesting meeting next week when they finalize bracketing. My guess for the new clubs they'll be in the 2nd since there new to the PDL but as far as the 6 teams in 1st bracket? Can anyone remember what the final standings were? or how the teams did in State Cup? Thats what you need to look at.....

According to most of you, the bracketing would be as follows:

The first 2 tiers would be all the "Big Club A" teams, after that would be the "out of area" teams that really deserve to play with the "Big Club A" teams but are not given the opportunity, then would come the "Big Club B" teams, followed by the who cares if they play teams.  Does this really seam right?  :?

I've seen the majority of these teams play  over the past 3 seasons. I've  looked at last years stats and what they have done over the current season so far. I know most of the teams that have added new players and my list goes by that info. (mine was the PM list to Victory).

btw, I don't go by name of Club at all.

I like the 11 team division however.  I would much rather play more teams once, than just a few twice.

Dos and ECFC defeated Evergreen soundly last season. Why should  they be below Evergreen???
It would be unfair if Dos or ECFC didnt make tier 1 before Evergreen does.  PDL tier placement should be based on last season's  PDL record unless that team won State. Just my 2¢

So why is Harbor left out of PDL A discussions if they came in ahead of WPFC, Dos, ECFC and Evergreen?  Why is NWN Blue on deserving of a PDL C group if their results are the same as HPFC Blue?  In the interest of "Like versus Like", as the PDL claims, why discriminate against smaller clubs like Harbor, or second teams like NWN Blue or Crossfire B?

I think Harbor will be in the first tier, and I think NWN Blue and Crossfire Black will be in the 2nd tier (if in fact it is 11 teams).

If they go by last year's results, that is the way it will be, but I remember seeing on the PDL site somewhere last year, that RPI is one of the factors invloved in placement.
