have you ever thought about why you play soccer? or how you ended up playing soccer and now love it so much that you post about soccer on the internet? or how you've accomplished so much that you don't know what else to do? ;)

Thats a really good question dizzle!!  I don't even know if dd remembers how she started playing soccer...but I do!!

On the car ride home after I picked her up from school one day in 1st grade...well, here's how the conversation went...

DD:  proudly announces, "I'm on the soccer team!!   :D
OTRA:  as I almost drove off the road..."Really!?" :shock:
DD:  "Yep!!  The whole class is on the soccer team!!" :D
OTRA:  "Wow!! That's really cool!!"  :shock: ...but thinking "what the heck is going on!!!" :?
DD:  after a long silence, in her teeny tiny quiet voice (if you know her, you know what I'm talking about)..."Mommy...what's soccer?" :? :oops:
OTRA:   :lol: (to myself of course)..."Ahhhh, I'll tell you later."  :lol:

And the rest is history!!!
